This automatic cutting machine can cut different kind of materials by setting the desired measures and quantities.
Examples of materials: cords, strings, tapes, zippers, knitwear, synthetic materials, rubber fabrics, bungees, velcro, elastic fabric, sheath, cable cover, belts, leather, etc.

The machine is equipped with two cutting systems: ‘cold’ cut, by a hardened blade; ‘hot’/’thermo’ cut, by a heated steel blade which seals synthetic materials. The ‘hot’/’thermo’ cut can be switched from a fixed inclination (diagonal cut), to a straight (horizontal) cut.

We can also customize the machine for your special cutting needs. Such as:

• Special system for hot cutting of conduits, sleeves, cable conduits and heat-shrink tubing.
• Special system for cutting the elastic

There’s a PLC screen from which you can set length, number of units, inclination, temperature and time of cutting.
